A Call to Action

Each of us has had at least one absurd work situation, be it an impossible deadline that sets up a team for failure, a pennywise–pound foolish decision, or some seemingly crazy business mandate. Poor decision-making processes sometimes appear more like the rule than the exception. Why do we find ourselves in these situations more frequently than we care to admit?
