Enhancing Facilitator Presence Through Audio and Vocal Delivery

It was a small virtual training class, only eight or nine learners (including me) and the facilitator. Our facilitator was a gentleman located in a big city in the US, and I remember when he turned on his video camera, he showed us the view out his window from a skyscraper.
