Lights in the night guide us through the darkness. Its sources are as varied as its size and brightness—from golden streetlights and bright white stadium lights to the cool moonlight. Our eyes are capable of adjusting to the contrast and colors of the night, but cameras often struggle to balance the many degrees of brightness. Next time you are out, really look at the diversity of light sources. At night, you will see a much broader spectrum, encompassing a multitude of moods.
