This being my first book, I was unprepared for the enormity of the project and for how much I would depend on the many people who contributed to the project in one way or another. Even thinking about the long lists of acknowledgements in other books I’ve read did not make me realize just how much of a collaborative project this would be. I’m truly grateful for the support of so many people who helped with this project.
