Chapter 6. Patterns of rapport

Think of a person in your life with whom you have great rapport – perhaps a friend or a work colleague. Now think of a person with whom you have very little rapport, someone whose attempts to communicate with you have left you confused, annoyed, frustrated, or simply indifferent. Now compare the two people. What are the differences in the relationships between you and these two people? Think also about the people you meet from day to day.
