How often do you find conversations with certain people hard work? What causes communication to miss the mark? How is it possible to be conversing with a person, using the same language, and yet arrive at very different conclusions?
One of the main contributors to this situation is the differences between our personal thinking strategies. The strategies of two interacting people can be mismatched, causing both people to experience a difficult communication flow.
