Eric Brown owns an apartment complex in southeast Michigan. In 2004, he stopped using traditional means of advertising and pushed most of his marketing budget into pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. He didn’t start out with $100 and play with Google AdSense, Google’s advertising system.
