ABSTRACT
Programming for the Web is a daunting task, especially when attempting to mash up multiple services and data sources. Many technologies advocated in this book approach this problem by attempting to hide the messiness of the Web from the developer. However, these efforts can complicate the process of debugging as data are passed through multiple transformations and sources of errors are obscured beneath additional layers of abstraction and processing.
