The Innovation Session is the work management session to use when you want to tap into the creative potential of a group. It’s the most exciting of the workflow management sessions—a unique combination of creativity and instant gratification.

The session is more structured than brainstorming, and outcomes are superior in terms of both quality of ideas and quantity. (I’m presenting it as the second of the three collaborative sessions because it introduces the reader to core creative thinking skills and exercises that play an important role in the third collaborative session, Problem-Solving.)
