Once the planning concludes and objectives are laid down, the next step is to organize resources to accomplish those objectives. The management is responsible for organizing ensures that efforts, manpower and resources are utilized effectively and directed towards the attainment of those goals and objectives.
Thus, organizing is a process by which the manager brings order out of chaos, removes conflict among people over work and creates a suitable work environment.
