For example, if we are rating a teacher’s quality,

and organization might matter. People might feel
differently about each aspect. So, we give scores
to their responses.
Some people might have a more positive attitude,
so they get higher scores. Instead of SA, A, U, D,
and SD, we might use numbers like 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.
