This fallacy may lead to discrimination and preju-
diced decisions.

Converse Fallacy of Accident:
This fallacy occurs
when we wrongly apply a rule or idea meant for a spe-
cific situation to all situations, even when they’re dif-
ferent. It’s like using a rule in a way that doesn’t fit the
current circumstance.
