INTRODUCTION

As per British Standard Institution (1991) quality is “the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs”.

Goddard and Leask (1992) defined quality as meeting the requirements and needs of the customers. In the educational system, parents, students, teachers, stakeholders are the customers and have different perspectives for the quality. So, to maintain the quality it is important to meet the demands and requirements of the customers.
