Philosophy of the Constitution

INTRODUCTION

Every constitution has a philosophy of its own. The constitution lays down the basic governing set of principles of governance to establish the primary organs and structure, functions, composition, and powers of government. Regarding the philosophy of the Indian Constitution, we must look back into the Objective Resolution (22 January 1947), of Jawaharlal Nehru.
