Doorway Dolly
Applications
While the tripod dolly is excellent for uneven terrain or light camera equipment, a doorway dolly is ideal for general use. A doorway dolly (see figure 14-1) provides a platform where you can place a camera, cameraman, and necessary film equipment. It works best when operating on a smooth or soft surface such as a hardwood floor, a concrete slab, or shallow carpet.
