Use case-based project planning
Abstract
This chapter shows how to plan and develop a project using iterations, risk analysis, and effort estimation based on story points. It explains how the effort to develop the project is estimated based on the perceived complexity of each use case and other features of the system and development team. Finally, the chapter explains how to organize a project monitoring system to allow to observe the rhythm of development of a project.
