Adding Movies and Sounds to a Presentation

Pictures can make a big difference to a presentation, but you may also want to add movies and sounds.

You can even add a video from YouTube to a slide, as long as the computer playing back the presentation will have an Internet connection.

Adding a Movie to a Slide

When you need to play a movie during a presentation, add the movie file to a slide. You can then not only format the movie file so that it appears the way you want but also adjust the way it plays back—for example, playing only part of it or making it loop.
