Chapter 2. Setting Up a Development Environment
In this chapter I'll show you how to set up a development environment. As you probably noticed from the previous chapter, you need to install and configure several software products. The easiest approach is to put all of this on a single machine, and I'll explain how to do that. In addition, you will need to configure e-mail and set up multiple user accounts to simulate a production environment.
