New Features and Tools in Office 2013

The Office 2013 applications boast many new features and capabilities. Some of these affect all the Office suite members or a subset of the Office member applications. Other changes and improvements are application specific. In this chapter, we explore some of the “global” enhancements that you find in the Office 2013 applications. Individual enhancements to specific applications in the Office suite are also introduced. New features are explored in more detail throughout the book. For example, new Word features are discussed in Part II, “Word.”
