5. Using the Office Web Apps

We have all found ourselves in situations while we’re on the road or just away from the office when we would like to be able to look at a Word document recently completed by a colleague or a PowerPoint presentation that you prepared but didn’t really have time to fine-tune. Office 2013 has shifted the application suite away from the notion of storing files on your computer. Rather, Office now adopts a new cloud strategy where you are encouraged to save your files to your SkyDrive or a location on a SharePoint server site (for Office 365 subscribers who use SkyDrive Pro).
