Page Layout: Margins and Page Options

The standard page layout options primarily relate to the document margins, page orientation, and paper size. Other page setup options, such as the paper source settings, are more closely associated with printing documents; we look at printing in the last section in this chapter. Layout settings are related to sections and headers and footers. We discuss headers and footers in Chapter 7 and then look at sections in Chapter 8.
