Working with Chart Elements

Although we think of a chart as a single object, it is actually made up of a number of different elements that can be manipulated individually. Elements on a chart that contain text such as the chart title and axes titles can be moved, sized, and formatted in place. We discussed the Quick Layout gallery in the previous section and how it provides different chart layouts. Each layout can include a different mix of chart elements in terms of the chart elements that are included and how they are arranged in the chart frame.
