Although most of PowerPoint’s capabilities are slanted toward creating slide shows, you can create ancillary printed materials from your presentation slides. I’m talking about notes and handouts. Notes are the script that you create to go with the slide show. Your notes may provide only a few facts or other key points that are not included as actual slide content, or you might create detailed notes for every slide.
