Outlook provides options that enable you to configure the email format, importance, sensitivity, and security settings for a message. You can also specify voting and tracking options for the message and specify delivery options, such as the email address to use when recipients send replies to the message. Other options relate to the format for the email and policies for the message with regard to archiving and retention.
In accessing these various message options, they are not on a single Ribbon tab but are somewhat dispersed among the tabs. A Properties dialog box for the message provides the greatest aggregate of the different settings. We look at this dialog box in a moment.
