Merging Data into a Publication

You can perform a variety of data merges into Publisher publications. You can do a mail merge to envelopes, mailing labels, addressable brochures, and other publications. You can also perform email merges to an email publication. A catalog merge enables you to merge text or picture entries into a publication. For example, you might want to generate a product list using a data file that contains the name and perhaps even pictures of your products. Publisher merges each product and any accompanying information related to the product to a new publication page.
