Managing Pages

Organizing your notebooks is all about managing the notebook pages, which, after all, contain the actual information in the notebook. Sections might provide structure to the notebook, but the page sequence in a section gives the chronological structure for the information. Most projects are executed according to a schedule or a logical sequence of steps, and the pages in each section should relate this chronology when viewed.

Keeping a notebook in proper shape might thus require rearranging pages. Pages can easily be copied, moved, or deleted. You can copy or move a page or pages within a notebook or between notebooks.
