Adding References
When you are working on a VBA project, you will often need to add to the project a reference to the various objects, or components, you are using. What is the purpose of adding these references to your project? First, some background information.
Classes and Type Libraries
The various components that you use in Office development can be thought of as having two parts. One part is the definitions of all the objects—in other words, the classes—that are used when Office or a custom application is running.
