Supporting an Application with Online Help
Most applications require some level of support once they are distributed. Some fairly simple projects may be support-free, but generally you can count on having to provide some assistance to the users, whether it be training, correcting bugs, or assisting with installation. Particularly with more complex solutions, you can reduce the amount of support required by providing online help as part of the application. A question that the user can answer by referring to the help file is one less question you'll have to answer in person!
