3.13. Tools and Equipment of Marine Mechanical Production

Mechanical production is also called artificial lift. It is a production practice that uses different machinery and equipment to raise the liquid in the reservoir to the ground through artificial methods. Because a well at sea is a directional well, which limits the use of a rod, a rod pump is generally not used at sea.
