Special Problems of Deep-Sea Oil and Gas Engineering
Abstract
This chapter introduces the Equipment Combination Programs, Offshore Floating Structures and Special Problems in deep water. And mainly describes the three problems in China. To sum up, it mainly includes the following aspects. Firstly, the deep-water conditions in South China Sea. Secondly, the subsea Equipment and technology applied in China in recently 20 years which contains Platform, Christmas Tree, risers and other subsea equipment. Thirdly, the different technology adopted for China's special circumstances, such as ESP technology, BOP, wellhead and so on. In addition, this chapter describes the Platform, deep-sea equipment and technology development in China.
