In this rapidly changing world, leaders and managers must respond better to stakeholder needs by focusing on and delivering value. Value is defined by a project or an organization’s stakeholders, especially clients and customers. Agile leaders and teams should focus on solving problems and delivering value, rather than upon simply following a plan.

There are many agile approaches that have similarities and important differences. Part of becoming agile involves developing an understanding of what approach or framework fits a specific situation.
