Being agile means working in a highly responsive way. Agile methods have only a few rules and practices, or only ones that are easy to follow. If you have become agile, you are delivering products and services that a customer wants when they need them.

In completing an agile project, a major part of the agile leader’s job is to manage and help resolve roadblocks identified by the team. To resolve problems, it is important to examine them from diverse points of view. Detecting problems and resolving them involves asking the right questions to understand the situation.
