I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You must look as attractive as possible. Pay attention to how you look. This is not vanity, it's part of the toolbox of an anchor. Your face is on television, after all. If you were on radio, it wouldn't be important.
MAKE-UP!
In television, the good news is that lights will make sure you are seen well. The bad news is that there are a lot of very hot lights. Both women and men's skin wash out, so almost everyone on camera will need something to get skin tone back to the way it should look. In other words, make-up for television is needed to make people look normal.
