I've given you plenty of rules but I have one more to add, and one more Report from the Trenches.
You are going to join a very influential business with a voice heard around your community, or in some cases, around the world. But you should know that it is still a very small business in spite of its outsized influence. For all its power, it is still a small community of people, most of whom you will work with at some point over a long career.
