The path to being on-purpose is a hard but rewarding one and we hope this book has offered some insights that will help you along the way. This chapter offers resources to assist you to take those insights and put them into action.
Getting everyone on board, including your board, requires clear communication and presentation of your purpose. Gauging where you are in relation to where you want to be is important. Plotting your operations and technology — performance to purpose — in relationship to leadership behaviours helps you know what to focus on. Putting purpose in the hands of everyone through their mobile devices increases the likelihood that you will be connecting with your constituents. And finally, nothing beats the face-to-face experience of workshops, speeches and presentations.
