After all the activity and excitement of the project planning phase, project execution sounds simple. Carry out the plan. But before the first hard copies of project planning documents settle in the printer tray, something will happen that requires changes to your plan. So, project execution is more of a blur of everything you do between the end of project planning and reaching the project goal.
