WHAT IS YOUR NATURAL STYLE?
You probably often hear the “A” word—authentic—at your workplace. Authenticity is a simple concept. It is defined as being genuine. Or, in my words, it is a state of being in which what you see is what you get. Expanding that thought to authentic leadership means that the leader is the same person when leading as in any other situation. Authentic leaders’ beliefs and values do not change from one scenario to the next. Their reactions to events do not differ depending on who is listening. Their words, perspectives, and opinions are spoken from the heart, and they believe deeply in all of them.
