At the beginning of this process, when I told you there was a way to clearly define yourself as a leader on a single page, it may have seemed like a difficult task. Perhaps even impossible. But you’ve done it. And it was simple, wasn’t it? Okay, perhaps “simple” is too strong a word. Let’s use “straightforward” instead. Articulating your leadership philosophy does not have to be complicated.
