Toyota Way Principles

There have been many books written about the Toyota Way principles. Most of these books have been written by professors and consultants and are very educational. To the best of my knowledge, the principles have never been explained from the perspective of the hourly worker or on a personal scale such as this from the people who apply the principles in their work life.

The principles are a set of guidelines that was created by management at Toyota in the 1930s-1960s.
