Abstract

Online social networks (OSNs) have been immensely popular in the last few years due to the rapid advancement of technology. The key factor behind this occurrence is OSNs’ capacity to provide users with a forum for interacting with friends, family, and coworkers. Because information published on social networks and in the media circulates quickly—virtually instantly—attackers find it appealing to get information. A variety of roles need to be questioned about OSN confidentiality and assurance. The user’s supplied information raises a count of security and privacy concerns, particularly when a user uploads original works of art, including music, video, and picture files. The Chapter Presents the Traits and Vulnerability for Measurement and Analysis for OSN.
