Avoid Fraud

Unfortunately, honest merchants and dealers aren't the only people who view the Web as a golden opportunity. So do the crooks. With that in mind, here are some scams to be aware of so that you don't get taken. It is better to avoid fraud than to try and take effective action after the fact.
