A.1 Introduction
This appendix explains op amp data sheet parameters. By its very nature, it will be long and technical, which is why it is included as an appendix instead of a chapter. Although I have covered most of the common parameters in the chapters of the book, there is some detail here that you should know if you need to maximize the performance of your op amp stage.
Parameters are listed in alphabetical order, not order of importance, because different parameters are important for different applications. I have included “relevance” with each parameter (or group of parameters) in its description, which will allow you to quickly search for those parameters more important for your application. I ...
