So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The main reason we worry about litigation is because of the consequences of losing. The other big reason is the cost of the litigation itself. Ignoring attorneys' fees for the moment, though, what are the potential consequences of losing a lawsuit?
