Non-Selective Queries and Data Skew
When a DataRaptor or an Integration Procedure is slow, we are often quick to blame it on OmniStudio, while the issue may often originate in the underlying queries we’re running. In this chapter, we will look at an example of when a query on an indexed field may run slower than one on a non-indexed field. We will explore the reasons and look at tools we can use for benchmarking and optimizing our queries.
