It has become both more difficult and more imperative for federal leaders to find ways to reward and recognize high-performing employees. Despite the complex challenges confronting the federal workforce—pay freezes, furloughs, budget cutbacks, and an impending surge of retirees—demand continues to increase for these services and for them to be delivered with the highest possible quality.
