Getting Content Approved

One of the powerful features of OracleAS Portal is the ability to create approvals for your content. Approvals allow content administrators to define a user or group of users who must approve the content before it becomes available on your portal site. Oracle provides built-in portlets that give approvers the ability to see what items are waiting for their approval. Likewise, there are portlets that content administrators (submitters) can use to see the status of items awaiting approval. Before approvals can be used, however, they must be enabled.
