This appendix contains an entity-relationship diagram (ERD) of the tutorial database used in this book. It also contains all table names, including primary keys, foreign keys, and the majority of the data items. For small tables, we show you all of the values. For the larger tables, such as Sales and Day, we can show you only an extract because of space limitations.
