Users and Databases
Everybody is familiar with the terms hardware and software. When something goes wrong with a system, it is to these that people usually look when seeking the reason why. Because of this, not all companies invest as much as they should into the other (and probably more important) resource, which is the user. That said, users can do a lot to help themselves when they are required to start working with Discoverer.
