This book is targeted at people involved in implementing and managing Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives—BPM developers, process architects, consultants, and project managers. Business analysts should also benefit from the explanation of BPM concepts. They may need to skip some of the more in-depth details and focus on the concepts, use cases, and best practices.
