Using Segment Advisor
The Segment Advisor is a database advisor that helps you identify database objects with space available for reclamation or with excessive row chaining. The Segment Advisor can be invoked from Oracle Enterprise Manager as well as from the command line. If it determines that a database object has a significant amount of free space below the high-water mark, Segment Advisor will recommend online segment shrink. Also, it will recommend online table redefinition for tables in a tablespace without automatic segment-space management. It also advises on objects with row chaining above a certain threshold.
